1. Information We Collect
Vidora is designed as a local video processing application.
Videos and Photos
Vidora may request access to videos or photos on your device when you choose media for editing or processing.
Selected media may be used for features including:
- Video trimming
- Video compression
- Video resizing
- Video rotation and flipping
- Audio removal
- Audio extraction
- Video-to-GIF conversion
- Video-to-image conversion
- Video merging
Your selected media is processed locally on your device.
Personal Information
Vidora does not require you to create an account. The core features of the App do not require you to provide your name, phone number, email address, or other personal information.
2. How We Use Information
Information and media accessed by Vidora are used to provide the features you request.
For example, when you select a video and choose to trim it, Vidora processes the selected video to create the requested output.
We do not use your videos or photos for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
3. Local Processing
Vidora is designed to perform video processing locally on your device whenever possible.
Your selected media is not intentionally transmitted to our servers for video processing.
Temporary files may be created during video processing. These files are used to complete the requested operation and may be removed when they are no longer required.
4. Device Permissions
Depending on the platform and features you use, Vidora may request permission to access photos or videos on your device.
These permissions may be used to:
- Select videos for processing
- Select media required by supported features
- Save processed media to your device
You can manage these permissions through your device settings.
5. Sharing and Saving Files
When you choose to save or share a processed video, Vidora uses the system-provided storage or sharing functionality of your device.
The destination of a file that you choose to share is determined by you and the operating system or third-party application you select.
Vidora does not control how third-party services handle files after you choose to share them.
6. Data Sharing
Vidora does not sell, rent, or intentionally share your personal information or selected media with third parties.
Vidora does not intentionally upload your videos or photos to third-party servers for video processing.
If future versions introduce third-party services or analytics that process additional information, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App.
Because Vidora is primarily designed for local media processing, selected videos and photos are processed on your device rather than being uploaded to a remote processing server.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children's Privacy
Vidora is not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Vidora does not maintain a server-side account containing your personal information.
Media files created or processed by Vidora may remain on your device until you delete them.
You can delete these files using the App, your device's file manager, or your device's photo/video management tools, depending on where the files are stored.
10. Third-Party Services
The current version of Vidora is designed to provide its core video processing functionality locally on the user's device.
If third-party services, advertising services, analytics services, or other external SDKs are introduced in future versions, the relevant information about those services and their data practices will be disclosed in an updated version of this Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how Vidora handles information.
